# Analytics and ROI

> Measure your program's performance: KPIs, ROI, and metrics by strategy.

Livy summarizes your program's impact in clear dashboards, without you having to cross-reference
data by hand.

## Main dashboard

The home dashboard shows KPIs for the last 30 days with a comparison against the
previous period, so you can see the trend at a glance.

## Honest ROI

Livy calculates return transparently: it deducts from recovered revenue both the
**incentive cost** (discounts and points) and the **platform cost**
(credits consumed). Influenced revenue is labeled as such, without mixing it
with directly attributed revenue.

## Email metrics

For each flow (recovery, reactivation, welcome) you can see the send, open, and click
rates.

## Opt-in metrics

Popup conversion is shown as a daily series with a 7-day moving average, and
only counts sign-ups generated while the strategy was active.
