# Measure your results

In "**Analytics**" you see whether Livy is getting you results and where. Everything is summarized by module, without you having to cross-reference data by hand.

### Choose the period

At the top you can change the date range with "*Customize range*". Below the title you see when the data was last updated.

### The points program numbers

<Badge color="green">Program return</Badge>  How many times you recovered what you invested. An x156, for example, means that for every \$1 you put into the program, \$156 came back.

<Badge color="green">Driven sales</Badge>  How much you sold thanks to the program.

<Badge color="green">Registered members</Badge>  How many customers are part of it.

<Badge color="green">Members who earned points</Badge>  How many customers earned points in this period.

<Badge color="green">Members who redeemed</Badge>  How many customers have used their points.

<Badge color="green">Redemption rate</Badge>  Of those who earned points, how many have already used them.

### Cart recovery

<Badge color="green">Recovered revenue</Badge>  Money recovered from abandoned carts.

<Badge color="green">Abandoned carts</Badge>  Carts that were left without a purchase.

<Badge color="green">Recovered carts</Badge>  Carts that ended in a purchase thanks to the reminder.

<Badge color="green">Recovered without coupon</Badge>  Carts recovered with the reminder alone, without the customer using a discount code.

<Badge color="green">Not contactable</Badge>  Carts you can't recover because the customer didn't give permission to write to them.

<Badge color="green">Recovery rate</Badge>  Of the carts you can write to, how many you managed to recover.

<Badge color="green">Reach rate</Badge>  Of the abandoned carts, in how many you have permission to contact the customer.

### Sign-up capture

<Badge color="green">Times the popup was shown</Badge>  How many times the popup was shown to your visitors.

<Badge color="green">Popup clicks</Badge>  How many people clicked on the popup.

<Badge color="green">Popup sign-ups</Badge>  New customers who signed up thanks to the popup.

<Badge color="green">Popup click rate</Badge>  Of those who saw the popup, how many clicked.

<Badge color="green">Estimated popup conversion</Badge>  Of those who click the popup, how many end up signing up.

### Inactive customer reactivation

<Badge color="green">Inactive customers</Badge>  Customers who haven't bought in a while.

<Badge color="green">Contacted customers</Badge>  Customers you've contacted with your emails.

<Badge color="green">Open rate</Badge> Of the emails you sent, how many were opened.

<Badge color="green">Reactivated customers</Badge>  Inactive customers who came back to buy.

<Badge color="green">Attributed sales</Badge>  Money recovered from customers who came back.

<Badge color="green">Reactivation rate</Badge>  Of the customers you contacted, how many came back to buy.

<Tip>
  **What to look at:** If your redemption rate is low, your customers are collecting points but not using them: it's worth reminding them or making redemption more visible. If driven sales and recovered revenue grow month over month, the program is doing its job.
