Honest ROI

Livy calculates return transparently: it deducts from recovered revenue both the incentive cost (discounts and points) and the platform cost (credits consumed). Influenced revenue is labeled as such, without mixing it with directly attributed revenue.

For each flow (recovery, reactivation, welcome) you can see the send, open, and click rates.

Opt-in metrics

Popup conversion is shown as a daily series with a 7-day moving average, and only counts sign-ups generated while the strategy was active.
