If you’re coming from another loyalty program, you can migrate your customers and their points.

Upload a CSV or XLSX file with customers and points balances.

Export

Download your customers and points in CSV or XLSX whenever you need to.
Imported customers are not counted as a conversion of the acquisition strategies, so as not to inflate the metrics.

Customer types

Livy distinguishes customer status based on Shopify:
Customer with an account created in the store.
Customer who purchased without creating an account.
This status is saved in the profile for segmenting and measuring.

Customer identity

Livy identifies each customer consistently so it never duplicates points or loses history across different identifier formats.
