Dormant customer detection

Livy identifies customers who haven’t bought in a while based on your configuration.

Marketing gate

Just like in cart recovery, consent and eligibility are validated before contacting.

Re-engagement incentive

An email is sent with an incentive (discount or points) to motivate the next purchase.

Independent toggle

Reactivation has its own switch, independent of the overall program state. By default it starts off: turning it on enables the functionality and its measurement.
Reactivation shares the consent gate with the rest of the flows: a customer who didn’t give consent is never contacted.
