Some configuration changes take a few minutes to propagate. Refresh the store page and, if it persists, check that the Livy block is active in the theme editor.
Check the theme’s compatibility and that the app block is added and published. See Widget and store.
Confirm the customer passed the consent gate and that your plan has available credit quota. See Billing and usage.
Check that the order is paid and that the product isn’t excluded. Points can have a configured delay before being credited.
If the discount didn’t end up being applied, Livy restores the points automatically. Check the customer’s balance in the panel.
The language is taken from the store’s configuration in Shopify. Check your store’s primary language. See Emails.
