The opt-in popup captures leads in exchange for an incentive (welcome points or a discount) and adds them to your loyalty program with their consent.

How it works

The visitor sees the popup

A popup is shown with an image and an offer (points or discount) in exchange for their email.

They sign up with consent

The customer leaves their email and agrees to receive communications. The opt-in is saved.

They receive the incentive

The welcome points or promised discount are granted.

Metrics

Conversion rate

Sign-ups over visits, with a 7-day moving average to smooth out daily noise.

Strategy sign-ups

Only sign-ups generated while the opt-in strategy is active are counted. Days with the program off don’t add up.
Imported sign-ups (migration of existing customers) are not counted as a popup conversion, so as not to inflate the metric.

Independent toggle

The opt-in strategy has its own switch, independent of the overall program state. By default it starts off: turning it on enables both the functionality and its measurement.
