Livy sends transactional and marketing emails (cart recovery, reactivation, welcome). You can adjust how they look and where they come from.

Sender and reply-to

Sender name

The name the customer sees as the email’s signature.

Reply-to

The address your customers reply to. Configurable per store.
The sending domain is managed by Livy. You define the visible name and the reply-to so replies reach your inbox.

Language

The email language is detected automatically based on your store’s configuration in Shopify: Spanish for Spanish-language stores, English by default for the rest.

Branding in emails

You can upload your logo and define the button colors so emails reflect your identity. See Customization.

Preview

Before turning a flow on, you can preview the email template to verify it looks the way you expect.
