Livy sends transactional and marketing emails (cart recovery,
reactivation, welcome). You can adjust how they look and where they come from.
Sender and reply-to
Sender name The name the customer sees as the email’s signature.
Reply-to The address your customers reply to. Configurable per store.
The sending domain is managed by Livy. You define the visible name and the reply-to
so replies reach your inbox.
Language
The email language is detected automatically based on your store’s
configuration in Shopify: Spanish for Spanish-language stores, English by default for the rest.
Branding in emails
You can upload your logo and define the button colors so emails
reflect your identity. See Customization .
Preview
Before turning a flow on, you can preview the email template to verify
it looks the way you expect.
