This automation shows a popup to visitors who aren’t part of the program yet and invites them to join in exchange for points. It’s the fastest way to turn someone who’s just browsing into a registered customer.You set it up from “Automations”, in the “Capture new sign-ups” card, with “Edit”.
In “Customize the popup” you upload the image the customer will see (recommended 1200 x 900 px horizontal, minimum 1040 x 780 px; in the store it’s cropped to the center to fill the space).The popup text is generated automatically: if you have welcome points active, they’re included in the message.With “Preview” you see how it looks before activating it. When it’s ready, leave the automation set to “Active” so it starts showing.
With these three figures you see whether the popup is showing and whether it convinces. If it appears a lot but signs up few, try changing the image or the offer.
