What you see in the list
Each customer appears with their email, their name, their points and the date of their last purchase. It helps you know who’s active and who’s collecting points without using them. Example:Import your customers
If you’re coming from another loyalty program, you don’t have to start from scratch. With “Import customers” you upload your list with the points they already had, and they’re loaded into Livy with their balance. File format: The file must have two columns, one for the email and one for the points. You can upload it in .csv or .xlsx format (up to 25 MB). If you don’t have one ready, you can download the template from the app, fill it in and upload it.The import can take a little while depending on the size of the file. You can keep using the app while we process it: we’ll email you when it’s ready or if there was an error you need to fix.
Export whenever you need to
With “Export customers” you download your list with the current points. It’s useful for keeping a backup, reviewing the data at your own pace or taking it to another tool.The export can also take a while depending on the size of your list. You don’t need to wait on the screen: we’ll email you the file as soon as it’s ready.
