In “Analytics” you see whether Livy is getting you results and where. Everything is summarized by module, without you having to cross-reference data by hand.

Choose the period

At the top you can change the date range with “Customize range”. Below the title you see when the data was last updated.

The points program numbers

Program return How many times you recovered what you invested. An x156, for example, means that for every $1 you put into the program, $156 came back. Driven sales How much you sold thanks to the program. Registered members How many customers are part of it. Members who earned points How many customers earned points in this period. Members who redeemed How many customers have used their points. Redemption rate Of those who earned points, how many have already used them.

Cart recovery

Recovered revenue Money recovered from abandoned carts. Abandoned carts Carts that were left without a purchase. Recovered carts Carts that ended in a purchase thanks to the reminder. Recovered without coupon Carts recovered with the reminder alone, without the customer using a discount code. Not contactable Carts you can’t recover because the customer didn’t give permission to write to them. Recovery rate Of the carts you can write to, how many you managed to recover. Reach rate Of the abandoned carts, in how many you have permission to contact the customer.

Sign-up capture

Times the popup was shown How many times the popup was shown to your visitors. Popup clicks How many people clicked on the popup. Popup sign-ups New customers who signed up thanks to the popup. Popup click rate Of those who saw the popup, how many clicked. Estimated popup conversion Of those who click the popup, how many end up signing up.

Inactive customer reactivation

Inactive customers Customers who haven’t bought in a while. Contacted customers Customers you’ve contacted with your emails. Open rate Of the emails you sent, how many were opened. Reactivated customers Inactive customers who came back to buy. Attributed sales Money recovered from customers who came back. Reactivation rate Of the customers you contacted, how many came back to buy.
What to look at: If your redemption rate is low, your customers are collecting points but not using them: it’s worth reminding them or making redemption more visible. If driven sales and recovered revenue grow month over month, the program is doing its job.
