The emails Livy sends go out under your store’s name, so it’s worth having them look like your brand. Everything is set up in “Configurations”.

Name and reply

In “Email settings” you can personalize:
  • Sender name: what the customer sees as who’s writing to them.
  • Reply email: the address where replies arrive when a customer answers the email.
You can see how it looks with “Preview” before using it.

Your logo and your colors

  • Email logo: appears in the header of the messages. You upload it in Email settings. Minimum 96 px tall, recommended 300 px or more, in PNG or JPG.
  • Main color: your brand’s color. It’s used in the emails and in your store components. You choose it in the “Brand” tab and, if you change it, it updates everywhere.
  • Button color: the color of the action buttons inside your emails (for example, “View my points”). You choose it in “Email settings” and it can be different from the main color, so it stands out and draws attention.

The language

In the “Language” tab you choose whether Livy talks to your customers in Spanish or English. That language is used in the emails. What’s shown in the store isn’t chosen here: it adapts to your store’s language.
With these settings your emails stop looking generic and start to feel like part of your store.
