Everything about your plan and your usage lives in Configurations > Subscription and usage. Livy charges through Shopify, so billing goes together with your store’s.

The plans

You start with a 14-day trial, no contracts and canceling whenever you want. There are three plans:

Starter

The essentials to build loyalty from day one, with points, checkout redemption and automatic emails.

Growth

The complete retention platform, with anonymous customer capture, cart recovery and reactivation.

Founder

The full Growth plan at launch price, for the first ones who bet on Livy (for a limited time and limited spots).
You’ll find the prices and what each plan includes, kept up to date, in the app itself, on the Plans screen.

Your subscription

In Configurations > Subscription and usage you see your current plan, whether it’s active and the date of the next renewal. With “Update plan” you can change it or view all the plans whenever you need to.

Credits

Your program’s usage is measured in credits (one credit equals one email sent). On this same screen you see your balance, and the full details are in the “Credits” guide.
